MetaverseWP Code of Conduct Statement for Users of MetaverseWP
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

The MetaverseWP Team exists to support users globally of our sites, and those that are not part of the MetaverseWP community.

We want to provide a service that is not exclusive to but inclusive of other communities, groups, and events.
We believe the best way to support our global engagements is to ensure that we foster and support a diverse and inclusive community.

Welcoming and not passing judgments, biases, or stereotypes on any gender, generation, community, nation, country, or continent.
MetaverseWP welcomes people of any race, color, culture, national or ethnic origin, sex, age, size, physical ability, neurodiversity,
sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or religion.
Our goal is to assist with accessibility issues, and challenges and to help provide solutions.
Those who are challenged with home-bound, hospital-bound, wheelchair-bound, and cannot or desire not to attend
conferences or other events physically will be supported to the best of our abilities using technologies that we can use
to support communities to gather in friendship, education, business, commerce, and cultural unity.

We welcome people who want to educate, empower, and inspire the world, people who want to be involved and engaged.
People who want to learn something new, and people who want to share their experiences with a community and the wonderful
potential of immersive environments with VR, MR, XR, and Metaverse Immersion.


We welcome you no matter what your background is. We value your empathy, acceptance,
and willingness to work with the diversity of the world. MetaverseWP believes neurodiversity
is something to be proud of and supported. The ability to be inclusive, welcoming, and supportive of anyone
who comes to us in good faith with the desire to build a community is important.

We will not allow division, malice, profanity, racism, sexism, bias, cancel culture, or harm in the form of verbal or physical threats
to be allowed on the MetaverseWP sites. Our experiences of over 15 years in the WordPress / WordCamp, and recently being
part of the World Metaverse Council since 2022, Ed3 DOA, BlackPressWP community have helped us see the strength of this
global community and even some of its challenges with inclusiveness and the acceptance of diversity.

Things are changing for the good globally and we are experienced enough to know that we won’t get any of this perfect but will
continue to work on being successful. We have hope, energy, and faith to learn. We may not be able to satisfy everyone,
but we will work to avoid harming anyone or the perception that everyone is not welcome.

We live in a global community, we’ll listen carefully and respectfully to those who engage with us,
and we’ll do our best to make good on our service to address accessibility issues in the world around us.

We value diversity and strive for inclusion because it makes the community stronger
and more effective. We believe diverse teams make better things. We strive to make
everyone feel welcome and know that their contribution is essential.
We provide a global service that can bring people together in unity and collaboration.

Values of MetaverseWP

Mutual Respect, Understanding and Value
MetaverseWP is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion across color, culture, race, ethnicity, age, gender, and generation. We fundamentally value and respect experiences that are different from our own the value diversity provides in technology conferences.

Accessibility
MetaverseWP is committed to ensuring equal access to all experiences, content, and functionality, whether online or offline.
Our community and works are only truly inclusive when everything is accessible.

Knowledge and Creativity
There is a difference between knowledge, creativity, innovation, dreaming. Accepting these allows for a broader range of views and ideas that can be shared. Increasing diversity, equality, and inclusion, we believe there will be more access more expansive and varied ideas, information, and perspectives, making us more creative, informed community members.

Global Peer Support
We want to prioritize building peer networks, both formal and informal, to help individuals, their institutions, and the larger field achieve greater diversity. Through the works of building Metaverse sites out goal is to allow and encourage collaboration, cooperation and creativity.

Global Leadership and Support
These principles are a priority to the leaders in our community. We believe we can encourage others by exercising visible leadership and support of these principles. We will publicly promote the benefits of diversity, learn from those within and outside our organization, and identify new paths that lead to equitable growth.

How to report feedback or issues
Our desire for this statement is to be a living document that grows with our community and
the work that is being done globally; metaverse sites are a global platform for all.
